Okay! here we go my friends!
Go to :
Google Video Page
for example ,
You see the
Email - Blog - Post to MySpace [ Its on the right ]

Click on it!

Now Click on Embed HTML And copy the text from the box for example :
embed style="width: 400px; height: 326px;" id="VideoPlayback" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=-6164822828865645127&hl=en" flashvars="">

Now place this in your blog post or myspace page and the video will show up!!!
